四、主要科研工作

(1)神经退行性疾病动物模型构建及其发病机制研究

利用动物行为学实验、病理切片和生理生化指标检测等技术和方法对构建的神经退行性疾病动物模型进行评估,然后利用构建的模型对其潜在的治疗靶点和小分子化合物进行筛选。

(2)细胞器稳态调控奶牛乳腺泌乳功能研究

利用多种分子生物学技术对调控奶牛乳腺细胞的线粒体或溶酶体稳态的关键蛋白进行筛选,然后对其发挥调控作用的分子机制进行挖掘,最后在体和离体对其功能进行验证。

(3)参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,吉林省自然科学基金3项,国家重点研发计划1项。
