To help freshmen ofin Grade 2021 understand the main content and learning methods of college courses in advance, master the learning methods and skills of relevant courses, and build an academic exchange platform between freshmen and seniors, theCollege of Animal Science will hold an academic experience sharing meeting relying onthe Tencent conference platform at 19:00 on September 2, 2021. Shiwei Zhang, Yifan Zhang, Zhuangjie Guo and Wenjing Wang from Animal science majorScience majors in 2019 were invited to serve as keynote speakers. The meeting was presided over by Kejia Wang, a counselor from 2021.
Firstof all, Kejia Wang briefly interpreted the Undergraduate Training Program of theAnimal Science Major of Jilin University, introduced the purpose and significance of this activity, and introduced the four speakers in turn from the aspects of sharing subjects, subject results and winning awards. Then, Shiwei Zhang introduced the basic situation of college English from the perspective of curriculum, credit distribution, learning difficulty, examination forms, methods and skills, and suggested that students should pay attention to daily accumulation, more watching, listening, practicing and memorizing. Yifan Zhang shared his learning experience in calculus, linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical statistics and other mathematical courses. He reminded the students to listen carefully and take good notes in class to ensure the high quality of each homework. Wang Wenjing shared her learning experience in computer courses such as computer,computers and C language programming Foundation and so onfoundations. She believed that "practice makes perfect" is one of the most important learning skills for computer courses. She should go to the computer room frequently and practice repeatedly. Guo shared his learning experience in inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry and other chemistry courses. He told the students to be sure to treat each theoretical and experimental class seriously, and combine the courseware content in class with exercises after class, so asto achieve the best learning effect.
Through the sharing of academic experience, the freshmen of 2021 have a preliminary understanding of college courses and the differences between college courses and high school courses in curriculum setting, learning methods and other aspects, so that they can make clear their learning objectives as soon as possible, develop feasible learning plans and better adapt to college life.
